What should I wear to the spa?
Please feel free to wear whatever you are most comfortable in. This is your special day! Generally our guests dress in casual attire. If you will be receiving a pedicure, we recommend wearing loose clothing that will slide above your knees, and that you bring open-toed sandals or flip flops to ensure a smudge-free trip home.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
For individual spa services, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to have time to transition from the outside world into the tranquil environment of the spa. For multiple services or packages, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
We realize that there are sometimes circumstances beyond your control; please know that late arrivals may cause your service to be shortened. In order to receive the full benefits of the scheduled service, guests arriving more that 15 minutes past the reservation time may be asked to reschedule.
Do I need to disrobe completely for spa services?
It is customary to disrobe for body treatments and massages, although if preferred, undergarments or a swimsuit may be worn. Using professional draping procedures, our spa staff will drape you discreetly and ensure your privacy throughout your entire service.
Cell Phones
We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing escape from the outside world for our guests. Please help us achieve that goal by silencing your pagers and turning off your cell phones upon arrival to the spa.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and are appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. You may hand a gratuity directly to the technician or add it to your bill at the end of your experience.
