Our address is 207 East Main Street, Missoula, Montana. We are located one block west of the public library and directly across the street from the Union Club.

Hours of Operation
Our business hours are: Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Parking
Guests may park in the parking lot next to our building.

Appointments
To ensure your preferred appointment time, we strongly recommend making an appointment as far in advance as possible. You are always welcome to call us anytime or walk-in; we will do everything possible to accommodate you!

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any denomination or for any service or package. Gift cards can be purchased in person or by phone. They are non-refundable and do not expire.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  All Sorella’s gift cards may be used towards any service or products we offer. Prices are subject to change at any time. If the service prices have changed since the purchase of the card, the card is worth the value of the purchase price.  We gift wrap all gift cards and are happy to mail them to either you or the recipient.

We accept cash, local checks, Missoula Downtown gift cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Health and Comfort
Please notify a front desk team member before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have any allergies, high blood pressure, diabetes or any other physical challenges. While experiencing your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. You may also communicate to us any needs throughout your service.  Our technicians are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a peaceful and comfortable environment for all.
